The registration desk will be open in the morning on Wednesday 7 November from 8.00 hrs and stay open all through the CVF symposium.
Due to parallel events taking place during November 7-9 and parking spaces might therefore be severly reduced, we strongly recommend you use public transport for travel to and from the Stockholm International Fairs.

VAT Rules According to the Sixth VAT Directive, 77/388/EEC, Article 9.2(e), participants from different countries should pay their registration fee including or excluding Swedish VAT. *If you belong to this category, you must leave your company's (or institution's/organisation's) VAT registration number in the appropriate field in the registration form in order to obtain a registration fee excluding Swedish VAT. The reverse charge scheme will be applicable. Processing and publication of personal data Due to common rules adopted within the EU and Sweden, personal data of the "Clean Vehicles and Fuels 2007' participants may be required before and after the meeting has been held (to render an account of the conclusions arrived at during the meeting, for statistical purposes, and for the dispatch of information on future meeting within the field in question). We require your approval of this data processing when you register to the CVF symposium.
Cancellation of your participation Cancellations have to be in writing and sent to StoCon. For cancellations received before 8 October 2007, full reimbursement of the registation fee will be made except for a cancellation fee of SEK 700 (approx. Eur 75). For cancellations after this date no reimbursement will be made.
Payment All payment should be made in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and made payable to Stockholm Convention Bureau, "Clean Vehicles and Fuels 2007", P.O. Box 6911, SE-102 39 Stockholm, Sweden. Please ensure that the name and Company for each participant is printed clearly to ensure that the payment will be correctly registered. Payment should be submitted at the same time as the registration form by one of the following means: 1. Credit cards accepted: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Euro card and Visa. These may be used for all the costs on the registration form. The card number and expiry date should be stated in the appropriate space on the registration form. 2. Bankers' draft or cheque forwarded together with the registration form. We regret that we are unable to accept Personal or Company cheques from outside Sweden. 3. Bank Account, SEB, Stockholm, No 5267-10 066 16, SWIFT-address ESSESESS. A copy of the transaction should be enclosed with the registration form.
