Advance Registration
Your registration will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Events included in the registration fee need to be pre-booked.
Tours, events, and hotel reservations will be confirmed only when requested payment and/or credit card guarantee has been received.

Registration for presenters
In order for the planning of the final program to be completed in time for the congress, we ask that presenters register no later than March 30, 2007. Please note that registration by this date is a requirement for inclusion in the final program as well as in the abstract database.

Registration and Fees
Depending on which country you are registering from, Swedish tax legislation requires the cost of VAT to be paid along with the registration fee. In order to comply with this, we ask that you please identify your category below and choose the appropriate alternative on the registration form.

1. Registration fees paid from any country outside the European Union.
    Exclude VAT

2. Registration fees paid by companies and other taxable persons (also including
    taxable institutions/organizations) within the European Union, except from
    Sweden. Exclude VAT*)

3. Registration fees paid by private individuals and non-taxable
    institutions/organizations within the European Union, except from Sweden.
    Include VAT

4. Registration fees paid from within Sweden.
    Include VAT

*) If you belong to this category, you will need to include your company's (or institution's/organization's) VAT registration number in the appropriate field on the registration form in order to receive a registration fee excluding the Swedish VAT. The reverse charge scheme will be applicable.

**) There has been confusion because Ph.D. candidates are regarded as students in some countries but not in others. We regret the confusion and hope that the following message will clarify the rules.
First, it is necessary to understand that EAWOP itself does not yet have a student-member category. To be eligible for full EAWOP membership one must:

Be a citizen or long term resident of a European country; hold a University degree in Psychology and/or equivalent qualification in Psychology that is recognized by the EAWOP General Assembly; and be professionally and/or scientifically active in the field of W/O Psychology. (A student-member category may indeed become introduced in the future if the EAWOP General Assembly votes for it during the Stockholm Congress, but it can not be guaranteed and it is likely a student catogory will not include all member benefits).

The student fee does not include the two-year EAWOP membership and none of the EAWOP benefits.

All delegates who register as students will wear a student badge during the congress.

Students must provide proof of their student status (i.e., copy of student ID or official transcript) to the Congress Secretariat.

The registration fee for participants and students covers: the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on Wednesday, Reception at the City Hall on Thursday, admission to all parts of the congress, congress documentation, refreshments during breaks and lunch Thursday through Saturday. A public transportation card for buses, subways, and commuter trains is also included.
The registration fee for accompanying persons covers: the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on Wednesday, Reception at the City Hall on Thursday, and Tours for accompanying persons, i.e., a City Tour on Thursday morning as well as an Old Town Walk on Friday morning. A Public transportation card for buses, subways, and commuter trains is also included.

Confirmation
A confirmation letter will be sent well in advance, confirming booked events, hotel accommodation, and payment status. This letter has to be presented when you register at the congress.

Cancellation of Participation
Cancellations must be in writing and sent to the Congress Secretariat. If received before April 13, 2007, all fees, except for a cancellation charge of SEK 1,000, will be refunded. No refunds will be made after April 13, 2007. For cancelling hotel accommodation please see 'Accommodation'.

Processing and Publication of Personal data
Due to common rules adopted within the EU and Sweden, personal data from the EAWOP 2007 participants may be required before and even after the meeting has been held (to render an account of the conclusions arrived at during the meeting, for statistical purposes, and for the dispatch of information on future meetings within the field in question). Your signature on the registration form will serve as notification of your consent to this data processing.

Payment
All payments should be made in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and made payable to the Congress Secretariat, Stockholm Convention Bureau, StoCon, EAWOP 2007, P.O. Box 6911, SE-102 39 Stockholm, Sweden. Please ensure that the name and company of each participant is printed clearly to ensure that the payment will be correctly registered.
Payment should be submitted at the same time as the registration form by one of the following means:

1. Credit Card. Those accepted are American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Euro Card and Visa. These may be used for all of the costs on the registration form. The Card number and expiry date should be stated in the appropriate space on the registration form.
