Advance Registration
Please use the

when registering for the congress and the social program, as well as for making hotel reservations in Stockholm during the congress week. If this is not possible you may use the
pdf registration form
and return it to the congress secretariat.
Your registration will be taken care of on a "first come - first served" basis. Events included in the registration fee should also be marked on the form. In order to get advantage of the lower registration fee you must register before April 30, 2004

The registration fee for participants includes: Attending all Scientific Sessions, Congress Documentation, Opening and Closing Ceremony, Welcome Reception, and Stockholm City Hall Reception and Congress Dinner, Oticon´s 100-year Celebration. The price for additional tickets to the Congress Dinner is SEK 700

Payment
All payments should be made in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and be made out to "1st ICGA 2004" c/o Stockholm Convention Bureau. Payment can be made by any of the following means:

Confirmation
A confirmation letter will be sent to you as soon as we have received your payment together with your registration form. This letter has to be presented when you register.
Cancellation
Cancellations have to be made in writing and sent to Stockholm Convention Bureau. If received before April 30, 2004, all fees, except for a cancellation charge of SEK 1,000, will be refunded.
